Services Provided
TechFlow Automation provides workflow automation, system configuration, process optimization, and related technical services for businesses.
All services are performed by a single operator unless otherwise stated.
Client Responsibilities
By working with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information needed to complete the project
- Grant only the access necessary for work to be completed
- Ensure you have rights or permissions to allow us access to your systems
- Maintain backups of your data before we begin work (recommended)
You are responsible for the security and usage of any accounts you provide access to.
Access to Client Systems
If you grant us access to your systems, you acknowledge that:
- Access will only be used for the agreed-upon work
- We do not store, share, or retain your system data outside your environment
- Access should be temporary — you may revoke it at any time
- Access will be removed or deleted once the project is completed
We are not responsible for password management; you are encouraged to use unique or temporary credentials.
Payment Terms
Payment terms vary by project and will be clearly discussed before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Small automation builds are due upon completion
- Larger or ongoing projects may require a deposit
- Payments are non-refundable once a completed deliverable has been handed over
Invoices must be paid within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
5. Project Scope & Changes
Each project or engagement will define:
- Scope of work
- Deliverables
- Timelines
- Tools/systems involved
Any requested change outside the original scope may affect pricing or timelines.
We will discuss and agree upon changes before proceeding.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
While we make every effort to deliver reliable automation and technical solutions, we cannot guarantee:
- Specific financial results
- Specific efficiency gains
- Future system compatibility
- Outcomes dependent on third-party services or APIs
Automations may require maintenance over time due to updates, policy changes, or system modifications outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- TechFlow Automation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question
- You are responsible for backing up your data before work begins
We take reasonable care, but no system or automation is risk-free.
You agree to use our services at your own discretion.
Data Privacy
We only access or handle data needed to complete the work you request.

Third-Party Services
Our work may involve configuring or connecting third-party tools (e.g., automations, APIs, integrations).
We are not responsible for:
- Downtime
- Policy changes
- Data handling practices

of any third-party service.
Termination
Either party may terminate the working relationship at any time.
If you terminate before work is completed:
- You will be billed for work already performed.
If we terminate, we will refund any unused portion of prepaid work.

- Use the site for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with site functionality or security
We may suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.
